Avo-Mazing Paleo Deviled Eggs

Serves 4


1/4 cup Avonaise

2 hard boiled eggs halved, yokes set aside

1 avocado

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp mustard deli style

1 tbsp taco seasoning

Creative garnishes


    1. Use an immersion mixer or Ninja to blend the Avonaise, avocado, juice, mustard and seasoning until creamy.
    2. Chill for 2-3 hours.
    3. Pipe or spoon mixture into egg white halves and garnish (parsley, chives, dill, peppers, caviar, etc).
